He is doing great eating his food. We are moving up to stage 2 soon and he will get to start on puff cereal. We also had our 1st tooth break through just last night. YIPPIE!!!!! Lots of pain for the little guy, but we all made it through. Just a mouth full to go. Enjoying every minute and looking forward to see what Nathan has in store for us in the future.

Nathan at 6 months
So on August 2, Nathan had his 6 month check up. He came in at 18 lbs 8 oz, they were still showing 26 1/2 inches, but I don't agree. Anyway he is a big man. I still call him Itty Bit and my little monkey. You have to love mommy nick names. :) So we are sitting up nice and tall now. He will lay on his back and flip to his belly. He lifts his head and will stay that way for a few minutes. He has no interest in flipping back over to his back or crawling. He will belly crawl a little, but only if a good toy is just out of his reach. He LOVES to stand and walk. The doctor said he might skip crawling all together. Since Nathan and Logan are so close in age the doctor said it might be that he just wants to walk because that is what he sees Logan doing. We shall see how that goes. For now we do what works. He has a sweet little personality that is coming out and he is his own person. He has the best deep laugh. (videos of sounds coming soon).

He was ready for a nap, snuggling with his bunny and frog.
Up until 2 weeks ago Nathan was just in a bath seat in the big bath tub. Since he has been doing so good sitting up we decided to try letting him sit in his little tub in the big tub. He splashed and played and just loved it. He hated to get out. We did that a few nights. Then one night we were running late so we just put him in the big tub with Logan. Oh my gosh, they both loved it. So now the boys take a bath together most nights. Saves us time and they are so cute playing together. Lots of water everywhere. I think the floor gets a bath every night too.
